This role pays $20.50-$23.55 per hour DOE. We are excited to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity!

Our Nutritional Aides:

• Attend all team meetings and/or events requiring your presence.|Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency.
• Consistently follow the specific standardized steps of service as directed by the Nutritional Services leadership team during meal periods as you serve the residents and their family members and guests.
• Keep the Nutritional Services Manager informed of any potential problems as they surface to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount.
• Maintain an attention to detail with regards to resident safety. This includes allergies, texture modifications, and therapeutic diets.
• Work one-on-one with existing team members to ensure all Nutritional Services standards are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum of 1 year's server experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment preferred.
• Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and alcoholic beverage licenses that are required in order to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
