Your main duties in flying with us :

• Design systems that will delight our customers.

• Develop understanding of business so that you can drive initiatives with big impact.

• Drive solutions for super complex business problems

• Keep the organization in pace with the latest technology trends, groom the team to deliver better and faster.

• Drive organization roadmap for technology choices.

• Drive organization roadmap for getting rid of tech debts.

• You also review other’s code, architecture to get the best out of it.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare :

• Ability to ask and answer basic questions.

• Strong analytical skills and aptitude.

• Understanding of data architecture, software design and best coding practices.

• Very strong with distributed systems

• Think horizontal scale more than vertical scale.

• Knowledge about Java  programming language

• Understanding or familiarity  with spring boot is a plus

• Experience with different software technologies : Sql & NoSql databases e.g. (ElasticSearch, MongoDb, Postgres, Mysql, Cassandra, Kafka) , caches, http servers, load balancers, any cloud, etc.
