We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition to lead hiring for our enterprise projects in Vietnam ( Banks, Securities, and Large Corporates) .

In this role, you will be the main person finding and hiring the right tech talent for these big local clients. You need to understand the Vietnam IT market and have a strong network of candidates ready to go.

Why this role is important

Since these are big enterprise clients, we need someone who can find high-quality people quickly. Your existing network and ability to talk to senior managers will help us fill roles faster and better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Hiring Process: Handle the whole recruitment process for IT roles (Mid to Lead levels) - from understanding what the client needs to making the offer and onboarding.
  • Build Candidate Pools: Create and keep a list of good candidates for roles like Backend, Frontend, DevOps, BA, QA, Data, AI/ML, and Tech Leads.
  • Finding Talent: Actively find candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, tech groups, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Check CVs and do initial technical screens. Make sure the candidates fit both CoderPush and the client’s needs.
  • Advising Managers: Talk to Hiring Managers and clients about salary levels, job roles, and how to attract the best people.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate salary offers and help candidates join the company successfully.
  • Data & Reports: Keep recruitment info updated in our system (ATS) and report on how hiring is going.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Experience in IT Outsourcing is a must.
  • You experienced hiring for Banks, Securities firms, or large companies in Vietnam before.
  • You already have a good list of tech candidates and connections in the Hanoi/Vietnam market.
  • Very good at using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ways to find "hard-to-find" talent.
  • You can read technical CVs and talk to hiring managers, interviewers about candidate skills.
  • Good at talking to managers, negotiating offers, and managing client expectations.
  • Comfortable using recruitment tools (ATS) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Basic English is okay for communicating with clients or candidates. Advanced English is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience hiring for Banking/Fintech projects that have strict security rules.
  • Experience with technical testing platforms.
  • Connections with local headhunter agencies.
