About the role

As the Paid Media Manager, you will own paid acquisition strategy across both B2B and B2C audiences, driving efficient growth through data-driven decision making, experimentation, and channel optimization. This is a high-impact, part-time opportunity for a senior paid media professional who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution. You'll have the autonomy to shape channel strategy, manage significant advertising budgets, and influence business growth through measurable performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and own the paid media strategy across B2B and B2C customer acquisition goals.
  • Build quarterly channel plans and allocate budgets across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Manage campaigns across key advertising platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant programmatic advertising channels.
  • Drive ongoing optimization of campaign performance, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Design and execute structured testing programs for audiences, creative, messaging, bidding strategies, and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content stakeholders to develop high-performing ad concepts, assets, and copy variations.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and provide actionable performance insights to marketing leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging AI-powered advertising capabilities.
  • Build and leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign management, audience research, reporting, and creative testing efficiency.

About You

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid media management experience with direct ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $50K+ per month and delivering measurable improvements in acquisition efficiency and return on investment.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a strong understanding of modern paid acquisition best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of attribution methodologies, tracking frameworks, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience designing and evaluating structured A/B testing programs, using data and statistical reasoning to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in both B2B and B2C environments and adapting strategies to different customer journeys.
  • Experience navigating advertising compliance and policy requirements within regulated industries is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing platforms, intent data, and demand generation strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in health, wellness, technology, or SaaS industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
