Operating in a fast-growing sector, it offers employees the opportunity to work on meaningful products, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to cutting-edge innovation in a dynamic and international environment.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into execution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll serve as the day-to-day operating lead for campaigns, content, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives on bringing plans to life, coordinating teams, and ensuring campaigns launch on time and deliver measurable results. You'll own the content and campaign calendar, manage project workflows, and lead integrated initiatives that span multiple channels including paid media, email, social, content, and PR. As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, social media specialists, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive both B2B and B2C marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage the quarterly content and campaign calendar across both B2B and B2C marketing streams.
  • Develop creative and campaign briefs for designers, copywriters, and social media managers.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across paid, email, social, PR, and content channels.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Monitor and report on key Brand & Content KPIs, including engagement, share of voice, organic traffic, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships within the Brand & Content function.
  • Support day-to-day team operations and act as a delegate for the Director when required.
  • Implement and optimize AI-assisted marketing workflows for research, content development, campaign planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, campaign execution frameworks, and team workflows.

About You

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years owning end-to-end campaign management from planning through post-campaign analysis.
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as paid media, email, social media, content marketing, and PR.
  • Strong background in developing creative briefs and managing successful campaign execution through cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Linear, or similar tools, including building workflows and reporting structures.
  • Skilled in marketing analytics and reporting, with experience using platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, Looker, or equivalent tools.
  • Demonstrated success managing agency, freelancer, or vendor partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.

Preferred Experience

  • Health, wellness, healthcare, medical device, or digital health industry experience.
  • Technology or SaaS marketing, including product launches, integrations, and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Experience marketing to clinicians, patients, IT buyers, or other regulated audiences.
  • B2B demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle marketing, or sales enablement.

What sets you apart

  • You've built and optimized marketing operating systems, including campaign calendars, briefing processes, review cycles, and launch workflows.
  • You leverage AI as a practical workflow layer and can demonstrate measurable efficiency gains.
  • You remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure, proactively identifying and resolving campaign risks before they impact launch timelines.
  • You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically, ensuring great ideas become successful campaigns.
