Customer Service Representative with German and English

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting clients throughout the order fulfillment process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain accurate sales and order data.

Your Responsibilities

Enter customer orders from the CWE (Central & Western Europe) market into the system and ensure their accuracy and up-to-date status.

•

Prepare reports on open customer orders.

•

Be responsible for expediting deliveries.

•

Monitor orders that are on hold.

•

Support the order processing workflow.

•

Be responsible for the claims and complaints process.

•

Provide administrative support to the internal sales team across the CWE region.

•

Prepare sales and order-related spreadsheets and reports.
