Job description

The Head of HR leads the full HR function across global locations, owning HR strategy, operations, and people programs. This role partners with senior leadership, manages a small HRBP team, and oversees the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, performance, development, engagement, compliance, and culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in global companies.
  • HRBP background + people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global & local hiring processes.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, labor law & employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and multi-site/global HR environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior leaders and support organizational needs.
  • Manage and mentor 1–2 HR Business Partners.
  • Lead global recruitment processes end-to-end.
  • Oversee core HR operations (on/offboarding, HRIS, policies, compensation workflows).
  • Lead performance reviews and development processes.
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across all relevant locations.
