We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Agent - English & German or Italian within our vibrant sales team. This role is centered on driving user conversion, engagement, and retention through strategic, multi-channel communication. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing the player experience at key journey touchpoints on our gaming platform, increasing lifetime value, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

The position is organized in two rotating shifts — 09:00–17:00 CEST and 13:00–21:00 CEST — ensuring consistent coverage and optimal engagement with our users throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Player Engagement Across the User Journey
  • Proactively engage players at critical stages—including new registration, deposit challenges, and low balance situations
  • Offer personalized assistance, promote bonus programs, resolve transaction issues, and encourage continued gameplay to boost conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

You’ll engage users through a strategic mix of

Outbound Phone Calls : Deliver direct, personalized communication to foster trust and conversion.

Proactive Chat : Offer real-time, session-based support to assist and influence user actions.

Email & SMS : Send timely, targeted messages to maintain consistent engagement and follow-up.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management—ideally in the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to navigate CRM tools and live chat platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent language skills in English & German or Italian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry and its related markets.
  • A passion for technology and innovative solutions.
