Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Kentucky
Position Overview
This position supports clients through structured counseling delivered entirely online. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will guide clients through goal-driven sessions while maintaining clear documentation and continuity of care. The role prioritizes clarity, consistency, and professional autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled counseling sessions via telehealth
- Create and update individualized care plans
- Maintain compliant clinical records
- Apply evidence-based counseling methods
- Track outcomes and client engagement
- Adhere to Kentucky counseling regulations
- Active Kentucky LPCC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience
- Comfortable using telehealth technology
- Reliable time management and follow-through
