The Role
This isn’t a copy-paste customer service job. You’ll become an expert on the company’s sportsbook and casino products and act as a one-stop contact point for players.
You’ll handle daily communication via calls, live chat, and email , making sure players receive fast, clear, and professional support. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes the role interesting.
You will
- Resolve customer queries across phone, chat, and email
- Take ownership of complex cases and follow them through to resolution
- Work directly with internal teams and external providers
- Approve withdrawals and handle account-related processes
- Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence when needed
- Run daily security and transaction checks to protect the business
- Contribute to team KPIs and overall service levels
- Share feedback to improve systems, FAQs, and internal processes
- Support management with ad hoc analysis of customer trends

- Fluent Danish (written & spoken)
- Comfortable working shifts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sports and casino is a plus
- Min 1+ year of previous customer support experience (chat, phone, email)
