This role ensures timely communication regarding freight availability, processes domestic and international documentation, assists with inventory and manifest management, and provides exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and supporting operational needs. The Customer Relations Coordinator works closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow, compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and continuous improvement of administrative processes while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
