You realize complex high tech assembly processes while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, working independently with limited supervision. In this role, you represent industrialization within cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth transition from development to manufacturing. You align process requirements with product specifications and manufacturing criteria, making sure process capabilities meet all defined standards. You drive quality by applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods, focusing on modular and standardized solutions. These enable efficient processes throughout development and production, while maintaining quality and full regulatory compliance at every stage. You are a part of a multi-functional team responsible for all manufacturing aspects of innovative and high tech micro (opto)electronics assemblies.
