Effective Learning Advisor (Assistant Manager)

The Effective Learning Advisor (ELA) supports student success, learning development, and employability initiatives within the Empower, Learning and Development (ELD) framework. The role designs and delivers learning support activities, workshops, and targeted interventions to enhance student engagement, progression, and retention. Working closely with academic and institutional stakeholders, the ELA also helps students develop employability skills through Impact Statements and Impact Transcript preparation. Using a data-informed approach, the role monitors student engagement and contributes to the continuous improvement of learning support services, empowering students to become confident and independent learners.
