Your Role As a Horticulture Data Analyst & QA Specialist, you play a key role in improving the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data used across our digital horticulture services and platforms. You combine data analysis, requirements validation, and high-level quality assurance to ensure our digital solutions are scalable, future-proof, and aligned across internal teams and external digital partners. This role goes beyond traditional QA. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate business requirements into clear data models, validate requirements through Specification by Example, and challenge teams to think critically about quality, usability, and long-term maintainability. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Engineers, and external partners to ensure that both the functional requirements and the data behind our platforms are consistent, testable, and correctly implemented.
