With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event spaces, and the dynamic energy of an opening phase, this is your opportunity to create a strong team culture, support our colleagues, and set the foundation for long-term success.As HR Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and safeguarding all HR strategies and processes within the hotel. You play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while ensuring a positive, safe and compliant working environment.You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, supporting managers and employees in all HR-related matters and contributing directly to the overall success of the hotel.Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned with the hotel's objectives
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Advising and supporting department heads on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Driving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
- Leading learning & development activities and supporting career growth within the team
- Managing payroll processes and HR administration accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring HR metrics and reporting to the General Manager
- Handling employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and disciplinary processes
