As a Scheduling Analyst, reporting to the Team Lead, Scheduling, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the success of major Power Delivery projects. This is an opportunity to work on high‑impact programs where your expertise directly influences project timelines, resource planning, and overall performance.
In this role, you will partner closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction teams to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules. You will bring data to life, analyzing schedule performance, forecasting outcomes, and providing insights that help drive informed decisions and keep projects on track.

Major Responsibilities:
Partner with the Project Managers, and Engineers to develop optimized resource-loaded schedules for various projects to satisfy deliverables, time restraints and customer expectation.
Develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate schedule commitments, associated changes, resource allocation and forecast reports.
Manage the weekly schedule, forecasting schedule changes and working proactively with Project managers, Project Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify issues affecting Project timelines
Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and reconcile project and resource schedule data to provide accurate and timely information against KPI’s to help drive business decisions.
Coordinate preparation, consolidation, and analysis of scheduling reports
Interface with key internal project team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in schedule performance tracking and reporting
Chair the Planning, Scheduling and Execution weekly resource meetings, provide visibility of coming weeks (e.g., manpower needs/level-loading optimization) and identify resource demand over/under-allocation.
Prepare recommendations for remedial action where deviations occur, include trends in the forecast, or develop a mitigation plan or corrective measures.
Seek Project Manager’s approval for changes to schedule baseline and new forecasted dates/performance.
Develop innovative strategies to solve resourcing issues through complex analysis
Support the project lifecycle through schedule development, monitoring, and controls
Provide schedule expertise during internal/external audits
Facilitate schedule change control practices
Participate in improvements to scheduling processes, approaches, and techniques
Education Required:
University Degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years related experience or related diploma with a minimum of 6 years related experience
PMI member - Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
Qualifications & Experience:
7 years’ related experience in cost and scheduling in an engineering, project management, construction or utility environment
Advanced knowledge and experience in Primavera P6 and MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project)
Experienced in developing, executing, and monitoring resource-loaded schedules, WBS and project plans
Broad knowledge of project management, process management, engineering, and construction practices.
Advanced Project Controls expertise to understand, develop and execute on company objectives related to cost and schedule development and project planning and estimation.
Full understanding of project life cycle, EPC, EPCC, EPCM across broad range of projects controls principals, practices, and procedures
Data Analysis experience
Experience with Power BI, MAXAVERA and MAXIMO would be considered an asset

Salary: Analyst Level C (Current CUPE 2025 rates)
$99,626.44 - $105,855.57 - $112,084.70 - $118,313.83 - $124,542.96
Location: This role will be part of our hybrid work model that includes Core Days in office (Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays), and more time to focus on Mondays and Fridays, either in the office or at home. The office workspace is located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).
