This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.
The Allconnect Mover Platform connects movers to experiences that enable them to seamlessly shop or transfer services like Internet, Energy, Security, Insurance, and more. Our mission is to help make moving simple. Allconnect is a portfolio of consumer assets, including Allconnect.com and MyMove which powers the Change of Address Flow, that reaches 30M+ customers annually. The platform combines industry-leading distribution, proprietary data models, and AI-enabled applications to drive meaningful growth for strategic partners. In this role, Director of Digital Operations, you’ll build & grow the Security and Insurance categories of the Mover Platform partnering with Fortune 500 companies to build integrated experiences for both new customer growth & retention of existing customers. You’ll manage an internal team of cross-functional roles to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the Insurance and Security categories within the Allconnect Movers Platform - a national movers platform that reaches 30M+ customers
- Own category performance across business operations, customer experience, partner relationships, and P&L management
- Define and execute the customer experience strategy and roadmap, delivering impactful products and features that drive measurable business results
- Own executive-level partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, create long-term value, and strengthen competitive positioning
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including new partnerships, customer experiences, and monetization strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of leadership experience driving growth in digital businesses, with experience managing external partnerships and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement strategies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partner management, expanding existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including both individual contributors and people leaders across product, analytics, and business functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategy and execution that drive customer and business outcomes
- Experience defining performance metrics and leveraging customer insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value
- Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present your recommended strategy and gain buy-in across a diverse functional team, both internal and external.
Compensation:
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Total Cash Compensation Range: $140,000 - $210,000 per year
