Reporting to the Associate Vice-President (AVP), Business Process Reengineering, the Director, AI Value Hub is responsible for leading the enterprise adoption and execution of low code AI and automation initiatives across the organization. This role establishes and operates a scalable delivery model to enable business teams to identify, design, and implement high-value use cases using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and emerging AI technologies.

The Director will drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and risk stakeholders to ensure that AI and automation initiatives are delivered effectively, governed appropriately, and aligned with enterprise priorities. This role focuses on program design, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight—leveraging a team of technical specialists and external partners to accelerate execution and sustain impact.

The Director, AI Value Hub is responsible for establishing and managing a scalable operating model for AI and automation delivery, ensuring cohesive execution across grassroots and strategic initiatives.

  • Leading the design and execution of the Federated Productivity operating model, enabling sustainable delivery of AI and automation solutions at scale.

  • Driving enterprise adoption of AI and citizen-led automation, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes.

  • Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, architecture, and risk teams to enable effective delivery and governance.

  • Defining and managing intake, prioritization, and delivery pathways for both grassroots and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensuring consistent application of governance, compliance, and risk frameworks in partnership with technology and architecture teams.

  • Establishing and maintaining delivery oversight, including progress tracking, risk identification, and escalation management.

  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communication to maintain confidence, transparency, and alignment across all levels of the organization.

  • Enabling business teams through training, coaching, and support structures that build internal capability in AI and automation.

  • Overseeing the identification, validation, and scaling of high-value use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Managing external delivery resources and partners to augment internal capabilities and accelerate time-to-value.

  • Promoting a culture of innovation, responsible experimentation, and continuous improvement across the AI Value Hub ecosystem.

What you bring

  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program leadership, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles, preferably within technology, automation, or AI.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority.

  • Experience designing and operating scalable delivery or enablement models within large organizations.

  • Solid understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.

  • Demonstrated experience managing both strategic programs and high-volume operational initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in technology-enabled environments.

  • Experience leading teams composed of both technical and non-technical roles, including external partners and delivery squads.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
