Maintain strong financial discipline while safeguarding operational reliability and safety.

Oversee a large and diverse portfolio of outsourced service providers and specialist vendors.
Establish and enforce strong governance frameworks, including:
Clearly defined scopes of work and SLAs

Oversee commissioning, integrated systems testing, and operational readiness prior to handover in live environments.
Compliance, Safety & Regulatory Management
Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory authorities and applicable codes (including BCA, SCDF, EMA, PUB, and MOM).
Own all statutory inspections, testing regimes, certifications, and regulatory audits for engineering systems.
Champion best‑in‑class safety practices across electrical, mechanical, fire life safety, and contractor works.
