The Qnity CMP business is a core strategic segment with leading technology and strong market presence. This role is critical in managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Growth

  • Achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key customers

  • Support customers’ business strategies and position CMPT as a preferred supplier

  • Strengthen CMPT’s supplier positioning within customer accounts

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on customer needs, feedback, and activities

  • Track market trends and competitor movements

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of customer and market insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to maintain high service levels (quality, delivery, responsiveness)

  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Applications teams to identify and develop new opportunities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects to support long-term business growth

Required Qualifications

  • ~10 years experience in Semiconductor industry (CMP preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or Business

  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset

  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor messaging to audiences

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Communication in English & Korean (Chinese proficiency preferred)

  • Experience in sales or field/customer service is a plus

Candidates with industry or product experience who are looking to transition into a sales role and can communicate in English or Chinese are also welcome.
