Job Summary
The Relationship Manager for PRU Prime (High Net Worth (HNW) Clients is responsible for managing, growing, and deepening relationships with affluent and high net worth clients through the delivery of tailored insurance and wealth solutions. The role focuses on driving portfolio growth, providing holistic financial advisory, and contributing to the achievement of HNW segment targets.
Job Accountabilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Build long-term relationships through regular financial reviews and personalized advisory
Understand client needs, financial goals, and risk profiles to deliver suitable solutions
Act as a trusted advisor across protection, investment, and wealth planning needs
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets including premium income, AUM, and revenue contribution
Acquire new HNW clients through referrals, networks, and strategic prospecting
Drive growth in key metrics such as client count, case size, and activity ratios
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios
3. Financial Advisory & Solutions Delivery
Provide holistic financial planning solutions including insurance, investment, and estate planning strategies
Structure and present customized solutions aligned with client financial objectives
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and competitor offerings to enhance advisory quality
Ensure suitability and compliance of all product recommendations
4. Stakeholder & Channel Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (product, investment, underwriting) to deliver end-to-end client solutions
Work closely with financial advisors and distribution partners to support client acquisition and servicing
Support broader HNW initiatives led by senior leadership (e.g., campaigns, client events, market positioning)
5. Market Intelligence & Insights
Client behavior Monitor, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities
Provide feedback and insights to support product development and business strategy
Contribute to client segmentation and targeting strategies
6. Governance
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sales governance standards
Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation
Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times
7.Compliance
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards
Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.
8. Perform other functions as may be assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong experience in client relationship management and sales within affluent/HNW segments
Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Sales and results orientation

Market awareness and business acumen
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services
