Job Description Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

What You Need 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience. CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment. Evening availability for Board meetings. Ability to travel to and from your property for in-person meetings when needed. Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process. Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
