Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a Strategy Manager to spearhead the strategic planning and execution for a group of our brands at Cluster level. This position will be responsible for crafting brand media strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving innovation across multiple platforms and markets working back-to-back with the local teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company’s vision, market trends and local objectives.
- Integrates the LATAM media vision into each strategy designed / localized to the local markets to ensure it comes to life in a pragmatic way.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation across markets.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with media teams to oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of strategies, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to inform strategic pivots.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support strategic goals.
- Collaborate to generate comprehensive After action reports including learnings & straighforward recommendations for upcoming initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proved experience in multimarket strategy management / Media activation management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is important.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with budget management and ROI analysis.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and capacity for creative problem-solving.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
