Overview
Reports directly to the Nursing Director for Education and serves as a key partner in driving the success of the Nursing Education Department. Provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient management of departmental activities, records, and business functions. Coordinates and streamlines all aspects of scheduling and logistics, including meetings, conferences, educational programs, classes, documentation, and record maintenance. Acts as a central resource for the department, fostering collaboration, enhancing workflow efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service to support a seamless and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and educational events.
- Prepare, proofread, and maintain correspondence, reports, policies, and departmental records.
- Maintain confidential filing systems and training documentation.
- Coordinate conference registrations, supplies, catering, and educational program logistics.
- Process invoices, requisitions, check requests, expense tracking, and employee status changes.
- Provide professional customer service by handling calls, inquiries, and referrals.
- Support regulatory surveys, departmental projects, and administrative coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient workflow and completion of departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Healthcare administrative experience preferred.
- Strong computer, typing, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
USD $22.83 - USD $40.42 /Hr.
