Key Responsibilities Delivery & Execution Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery process, from planning and execution to ensuring SLA adherence. Platform Ownership: Take charge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Integration platforms, and API ecosystems, including Apigee and AWS API Gateway. Modernization: Lead initiatives in cloud adoption, EKS, automation, and platform transformation to ensure our technological edge. Collaborator Management: Interface seamlessly with business, product, and global leadership to set shared goals and objectives. People Leadership: Coordinate team management, succession planning, and capability building to foster growth and excellence. Vendor Management: Ensure vendors meet delivery expectations and adhere to SLAs. Governance: Maintain metrics, reporting, and access to guarantee transparent delivery processes. Qualifications Required Experience 12–14 years of IT delivery/engineering leadership experience, particularly in platform engineering and managing global teams. Technical Skills Expertise in ECM platforms such as IBM CM/FileNet. Proficient with Integration tools like MFT, Scheduling, and GoAnywhere. Solid understanding of API Platforms such as Apigee and AWS API Gateway. Experience with Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD technologies. Leadership Skills Proven ability in managing collaborators. Critical thinking with a focus on execution. Excellent communication skills to lead and influence effectively. Success Metrics Delivery predictability and adherence to timelines.
