2nd shift; 10:00am - 6:30p and every other weekend

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of meals for patients, residents, cafeteria guests, and catering needs
- Review menus and ensure food is prepared daily that maintains food quality, appearance, and portion standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines
- Keep kitchen, cooking, and dishwashing areas clean and organized
- Properly store, label, and date food items
- Deliver patient trays and nourishment items on time
- Monitor and record refrigerator and dish machine temperatures
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, trays, and utensils correctly
- Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs to leadership
- Support patient satisfaction through teamwork, communication, compassion, and service exellence
What We're Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Two years of restaurant or institutional food service experience preferred
Additional Skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable with a strong commitment to customer service and patient satisfaction
