Communication and Process Specialist

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and Group policies.
• Create and publish high-quality content across various channels (CMS, emails, newsletters, social media).
• Support surveys and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and format across regions.
• Collaborate with VP EMEA on communication initiatives, campaigns, and meetings.
• Coordinate the harmonization and documentation of operational procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with global guidelines and collaborate with other departments for seamless integration.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
• Support project teams and adjust communication methods to meet audience needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of communications planning experience with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Preferably with large brands.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in CMS, media planning tools, and MS Office.
• Basic graphic design skills and strong presentation abilities.
• Language: Fluent in English is a must.
