Talent Acquisition Partner

Location Hybrid (2-3 days/week) - Warsaw, Poland
Experience 2+ years (preferably in tech)

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the entire process from intake to offer for assigned roles.
• Sourcing & Selection Develop sourcing strategies, screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
• Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and business goals; provide market insights.
• Candidate Experience Coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless, professional interview process.
• Data & Tools Maintain accurate data in the ATS and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.
• Employer Branding Support recruitment marketing efforts and internal policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience 2+ years in talent acquisition (corporate or agency), with a proven track record across functions.
• Skills Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Tools Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Mindset Collaborative, solutions-oriented, with knowledge of employment laws.

Preferred

• Experience in global or high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with diversity hiring and inclusive practices.
• Exposure to recruitment data analytics.
