Role Description
The UX Lead is responsible for driving the end to end user experience strategy, design, and execution across digital products and platforms. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and customers to create intuitive, user centric solutions that align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall UX vision, strategy, and design standards across products and initiatives.
Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.
Translate business requirements and customer needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure seamless integration of UX into the product development lifecycle.
Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and design thinking sessions.
Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and analytics to continuously improve user experiences.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards are incorporated into all solutions.
Mentor and guide UX and UI designers while fostering a culture of innovation and user centric design.
Stay current with emerging UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in UX Design, User Research, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
3+ years of experience leading UX teams or large scale UX initiatives.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end UX design and problem solving capabilities.
Expertise in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
Strong understanding of design thinking, information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
