Job description
Role Overview
Lead a development team to deliver high-quality React applications. Balance hands-
on development with team leadership, technical guidance, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers (3-8 members)
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide career development guidance
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical workshops
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Technical Delivery
- Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and estimation activities
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high code quality
- Implement complex React features using Hooks, Context API, and modern patterns
- Develop reusable components and maintain component library in Storybook
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest
- Configure and maintain build pipelines using Webpack
- Implement responsive and accessible UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and
SCSS
Code Quality & Standards
- Enforce coding standards using ESLint, Flow, and Prettier
- Establish and maintain testing best practices
- Identify and resolve technical debt
- Ensure TypeScript best practices and type safety across the codebase
Monitor and optimize application performance
Collaboration
- Work closely with Frontend Architects to implement architectural decisions
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure design fidelity
- Coordinate with backend teams on API integrations and requirements
Required Skills
Core Technologies** Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
React** Deep knowledge of React, Hooks, Context API, performance
optimization
Styling** Proficient in SCSS, CSS modules, responsive design
Tooling** Webpack, ESLint, Flow, Prettier, Visual Studio Code
Testing** Jest, test-driven development, code coverage analysis
