Job description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Present and demonstrate products and software solutions to prospective clients
  • Provide technical consultation and support during the sales process
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, and support)
  • Support customers during onboarding and initial implementation phases
  • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Track sales activities and opportunities within CRM/ERP systems
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
  • Degree or technical background in engineering, carpentry, construction, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
  • Strong understanding of technical products, ideally in software or construction technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and structured way
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CAD/CAM, BIM, or prefabrication/offsite construction solutions
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
  • International sales experience is a plus
