Job description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Present and demonstrate products and software solutions to prospective clients
- Provide technical consultation and support during the sales process
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, and support)
- Support customers during onboarding and initial implementation phases
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
- Track sales activities and opportunities within CRM/ERP systems
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings
- Degree or technical background in engineering, carpentry, construction, IT, or a related field
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of technical products, ideally in software or construction technology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and structured way
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD/CAM, BIM, or prefabrication/offsite construction solutions
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- International sales experience is a plus
