We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Assistant who will be responsible for managing our growing consumables business and providing business insights.
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Life Science, Taiwan commercial team located in Taipei and will be on-site role
In this role, you will be responsible for
•
Manage consumables quotations and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up for Taiwan markets.
•
Providing first-level technical support to customers relating to consumables.
•
Forecasting and Budgeting reports for Taiwan.
•
Distributors Contract and Pricing Management for Taiwan: management of distributors' contract and compliance platform, and pricing support distributors
•
Support Taiwan marketing activities and posting SNS marketing ad with marketing driven qualified lead analysis, working with external vendor and internal marketing and product management team.
•
Providing Ad-Hoc business support for the commercial team.
The essential requirements for the job include
•
Minimum Degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
•
CRM systems, ideally SFDC with Intermediate in Excel (VLookUp, Pivots, Data sorting and filtering) and Intermediate Word & Power Point.
•
Good command of written and spoken English. GEPT High-Intermediate Level, TOEIC 750+, IELTS 5.5+, TOEFL iBT 72+, or equivalent English proficiency.
•
Occasional travel within Taiwan may be required, typically as same-day trips during regular business hours. Expected frequency is approximately up to two times per month.
•
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
•
Development of Dashboard in business visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
•
Proficient in using AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing communications, and overall productivity.
•
At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company within the life sciences or related industries.
