The Commercial Operation Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end sales operations and order management support to the China sales team ensuring accurate quotation, efficient order processing, contract execution, and timely delivery. This role acts as a key coordinator across sales, finance, customers, and third-party vendors to drive smooth order-to-cash execution and high customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Commercial Operations OTC Manager and is part of the Sales Support & Admin team located in Shanghai and will be an on-site role .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

• Prepare quotations and support pricing approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation, and documentation compliance
• Coordinate cross-functionally (sales, finance, service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Handle third-party procurement, including PO placement, shipment tracking, and issue resolution
• Support contract execution and Letter of Credit (L/C) processes with customers
• Monitor order-to-cash (OTC) progress, including payment tracking and installation coordination
• Maintain SFDC/CPQ processes, including system support and issue resolution

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years of sales operations/admin experience
• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills across teams
