The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet precise business needs. As a Manager, you are accountable for supervising teams, driving client engagement workstreams, and delivering exceptional results while upholding quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical and functional knowledge, with a focus on mentoring junior staff and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Guide and develop team members in their roles
  • Manage client relationships to enhance service delivery
  • Drive project initiatives to meet client expectations
  • Utilize strategic planning to improve project outcomes
  • Uphold quality deliverables through active supervision
  • Identify and address challenges within project scopes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience as a consultant with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM preferably in a global/multi-country scenario
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting
  • Proficiency and certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations of D365 CE
  • Performing Fit-Gap analysis and functional solutioning
  • Understanding of Power Platform tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles
  • Supporting people management and career development
