As a Workday DC- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be part of a team that uses a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement Workday solutions that optimize operational efficiency
• Managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software for HR, finance, payroll, and talent management
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications
• Collaborating with teams to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions
• Utilizing data analysis software to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Developing data-driven consulting strategies to enhance client business performance
• Engaging in complex data analysis to support strategic objectives and project goals
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct
• Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and trust
• Participating in project tasks to develop skills and knowledge in business application consulting

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
• Utilizing Workday Advanced Reporting and Workday HCM for data-driven insights
• Engaging in complex data analysis and data modeling techniques
• Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization and data integration tools
• Excelling in data security and data quality management
• Participating in data-driven consulting projects with a focus on client support
• Developing skills in data preprocessing and data mining for analytics
