Service Bartender

The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant from the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is currently seeking Service Bartenders to join our opening team!

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. Please note this position is not behind the main bar. Service Bartenders will make drinks for the seated dining room guests only. 

• The Honor Bar in Del Mar will open in mid-July 2026. We will offer pre-opening training and may have pre-opening work opportunities.
• Competitive compensation is comprised of a guaranteed hourly rate equal to $16.90 plus tip share. 
• Part-time and full-time positions available. Some weekend availability is required.
• Great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.
