Job description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Provides advice and support on compensation projects, activities and initiatives for the Queretaro Site that are aligned with BRP’s corporate goals and total rewards philosophy.

ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES

Manage the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the salary reviews and incentive program for all employees of BRP’s Queretaro Plant.

Assist in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions.

In close collaboration with the Total Rewards Advisor, Juarez sites, lead the market survey activities for the site, including data collection, organization and submission of data to external parties as well as data-analysis, presentation of results and recommendations, as appropriate.

Conduct various compensation-related analysis that may involve various data modeling scenarios and identifies cost impact of program recommendations.

Assist in modification of compensation related guidelines and procedures, as appropriate.

Assist with labor costs, salary analysis and benefits structure by using metrics and models to understand current salary trends and predict future trends.

Provide necessary data and analysis to the site HRBP team in support of the negotiation process of the collective bargaining agreement.

Support the delivery of new compensation related initiatives from project management to implementation while championing change through communication and education of initiative -Participate in the development of training programs.

May provide support to other HR staff in data generation and report compilation as needed. -Performs other related duties, responsibilities, and qualifications as required and/or assigned.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Bilingual Spanish - English. Proficient level in English.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of Excel, and a very good knowledge of MS Office suite.

Analytical skills, very good judgment, decision making, persuasion and people orientation

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

High level of motivation and problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor: Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Professional experience: Years: 2-5 In related work experience in HR and/or TR
