Forklift Operator

Job Requirements

Colony Brands, Inc. is looking for dependable Forklift Operators to join our warehouse and distribution teams. We have opportunities available across multiple locations and shifts. Our Forklift Operators help ensure that products move safely and accurately through our facilities. Depending on the location, responsibilities may include receiving, replenishing, picking, inspecting, staging, loading, unloading, and shipping products.

Responsibilities may include

• Operating a stand-up forklift or order-picker lift to move products safely throughout the facility
• Picking, replenishing, staging, loading, or unloading products based on operational needs
• Using an RF scanner to track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Verifying orders and product quantities for accuracy
• Building and staging pallets for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed

Available opportunities vary by facility and may include first, second, third, or weekend shifts. Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Work Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous forklift operation experience preferred
• Stand-up forklift or order-picker lift experience preferred
• Warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience helpful
• Experience with order picking, replenishment, staging, loading, or unloading preferred
• RF scanner or handheld inventory scanner experience helpful
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks, which may include loading or unloading products by hand
• Ability to work in cooler or freezer areas for select opportunities
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills helpful for select openings
