This role is in-person at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office, with travel for career events and meetings throughout territory as needed
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary + discretionary bonus potential
OUR POSITION:
Our Dental Hygiene Recruiter will join the Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members across our rapidly expanding organization which currently supports 160+ dental offices across several states in the Northeast. This position reports to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent and is responsible for aiding in sourcing Dental Hygiene candidates, reviewing applications, building pipelines, aiding in new Talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates through their full application life cycle as they enter our organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships with applicants while representing our organization's successful brand. High levels of collaboration are required with the Talent management team, Operations, and Executive Leadership in regard to company initiatives and plans for growth.
- Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
- Minimum two years of experience of with managing the recruiting or onboarding of new hires
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) - experience with Microsoft applications also a plus
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Posting assigned requisitions, sourcing candidates and contacting qualified applicants
- Monitor and make adjustments to Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) - keeping accurate and detailed notes during all phases of recruiting process
- Performing initial screenings, scheduling interviews, organize assessments, present employment offers/negotiations, and supervise initial phases of on-boarding
- Review current and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors, monitoring for accuracy of all posts and adjustments as needed
- Help develop Talent and continuously build a healthy pipeline of future leaders
- Fostering connections with local hygiene programs, attending career events and other opportunities to connect with students
