TEAL-Engineer Technical Sales

Job Requirements

We're looking for Technical Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, and Design Engineers from an Automation/SPM background who are passionate about combining their engineering expertise with customer consulting to become trusted technical solution partners.

Consultative engineering role — not a traditional sales role focused only on targets

Develop solution concepts, BOMs, costing, and techno-commercial proposals

Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and TEAL leadership

Gain exposure to global customers across the USA, Europe, and Japan

Drive technical discussions, solution consulting, negotiations, and order acquisition

Build both engineering and business acumen while staying connected to technology
