ROLE OVERVIEW
The Automotive Facilitator delivers an established consultative software system curriculum to elevate the Service Connect system
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Delivery
· Deliver established consultative Service Connect curriculum to Service Managers, Directors, CRM and BDC Teams
· Conduct engaging in-person and energetic training sessions
· Support the implementation of learned techniques and adoption of consultative Service Connect software and processes
· Guide Service Managers, Directors, CRM and BDC Teams in applying curriculum concepts
· Ensure consistent training delivery across the network
Stakeholder Engagement
· Partner with the Project Manager in building strong relationships across regional organizational levels
· Occasional client meetings
· 3-5+ years in automotive dealership consulting/training
· Deep understanding of fixed operations and service workflows
· Proven track record in service department operations
· Experience with software systems training methodologies
· Training delivery background
· Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
· Group management and classroom control techniques
· Expertise in various teaching methodologies
· Effective questioning and discussion facilitation
· Time management within training sessions
Knowledge & Skills
· Excellence in presentation and facilitation
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
Effective coaching and mentoring abilities
Technical Requirements
· Proficiency with training platforms and operating presentation tools
· Demonstrating proper use of tools or equipment when relevant to training
· Ability to manage training logistics
· Experience with dealership management systems
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
· Standing and moving around for extended periods, often up to 8 hours a day
· Maintaining an engaging, energetic presence throughout full training sessions
· Ability to manage interactive activities with physical components
· Speaking clearly and projecting voice for long durations
· Multi-day sessions requiring sustained energy levels
· Moving around the training room to interact with different participants
· Writing/drawing on whiteboards or flipcharts, which may require reaching and stretching
· Setting up and arranging training equipment, materials, and handouts
· Rearranging furniture for different activities
Scheduling Considerations
· Break timing and duration
· Travel time between locations
· Time zone management for multi-location training
Travel Requirements
· Travel up to 90% for the duration of the project
· Possess valid driver's license
