Serve on the facility senior leadership team and partner with leaders at all levels to drive programs and initiatives that advance the Ascension mission and Strategic Plan. Ensure the effective delivery of HR services, solutions, and support within the assigned facility to drive a positive associate experience and culture, deliver business outcomes, and enhance leader effectiveness and accountability. Establish and execute a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with strategic priorities, informed by market intelligence, data, and competitive landscape trends. Collaborate with market and national HR resources. Articulate workforce and talent needs of the local facility and use business and workforce analytics to forecast, strategize, develop, and execute action plans that enhance the associate experience. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: 5 years experience required. 7 years experience preferred.
