As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local HR function with some support to our global HR team. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks: Responsibilities Request prior employment or educational history as a part of the background check process; Initiate and review background checks with oversight from HR Management; Escalate results from background checks and resolve as appropriate; Assist in the coordination of the background check process for new hires; General administrative support of the global HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, and document management; Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs; Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager; Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and Provide excellent customer service to all employees. Qualifications High School diploma, or equivalent; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; and Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
