Job description
Overall responsible for Quality assurance officer in QMM team:
- Perform/coordinate the quality activities across departments and corporate teams
QMM operation focus:
- Maintain QMM databases, QMM repository folders, Process Databases (OPAL), QMM community (if required)
- Support in release QMM reports, QMS processes, Metrics baselines, etc
- Perform/Prepare data for analysis at Org. level and lower if required.
- Coordinate the external audits/appraisals, internal training/seminar/workshop
- Project management tool operation: support tool admin function, configuration, training activities as per trigger
- Support in purchasing request for department (contact vendor, getting quotation, raise purchase order and follow-up, receive goods and delivery, process payment request or expense claim request)
- Check and update employee list, (internal and external) and department organizational chart.
- Coordinate with other department for associate benefit/ gifts.
- Support in organizing department meeting, workshop, and other events.
- Support in receiving/ sending courier.
- Support in welcoming guest, invitation letter, investment certificate copies, laminated certificates.
Support associates:
- Prepare for new joiner (internal and external): pickup new joiner, PC arrangement, create user ID.
- Support for accessories request/ exchange/ return for associates in department
- Support exit checklist for associates (internal and external): exit checklist, record returned accessories.
- Distribute gifts/vouchers/benefits on special occasion.
Tracking accessories and assets
- Support in managing facilities and raising ticket for fixing or improvement.
- Manage and record department assets and accessories.
- Keep track and record computer deployment and replacement process.
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory)
- Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Office experience and Reporting skill: MS Excel, Word, PPT
- Good Communication skills in English Language
- Data collection and analysis
- Customer service orientation
- Well planning and organizing, detail-oriented
- Teamwork, able to work with different stakeholders, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Patience, Working under pressure, Conflict management
- Power BI desktop (reporting and DAX - Data Analysis Expressions)
Desirable Skills:
- Problem analysis and problem solving, 7 QC tools
- Statistical Process Control: Hypothesis testing, acceptance sampling, prediction; DoE, six Sigma
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 16949, ASPICE, CMMI Dev Ver2.0 processes, etc.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Maintenance Lifecycle (SMLC),
- Agile/Scrum
- Quality Engineer, Quality inspection and testing
- VBA, Scripting, SQL
