Position Summary

Gruve is seeking a customer-facing technology leader to help grow our Salesforce Customer Experience business in Korea.

This role combines enterprise architecture, solution consulting, pre-sales leadership, customer engagement, and business development, with a focus on helping enterprise customers modernize customer experience platforms and adopt AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who has credibility with enterprise customers, can lead pre-sales and solution discussions, and is comfortable engaging both business and technical stakeholders. This individual should be able to navigate large customer organizations, collaborate effectively with Salesforce and its ecosystem, and help expand Gruve's Customer Experience practice in Korea.

While deep Salesforce specialization is not required, the successful candidate should have prior exposure to Salesforce projects, stakeholders, or customer environments and be capable of positioning Salesforce-based solutions in enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing solution discussions and discovery workshops with enterprise customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor on customer experience, CRM, digital transformation, and AI initiatives
  • Support business development activities including opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and solution positioning
  • Partner with sales teams to shape and progress customer opportunities
  • Define solution architectures and technical approaches for customer engagements
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and ecosystem partners where appropriate
  • Help grow Gruve's Customer Experience and Salesforce-related business in Korea
  • Mentor consultants, architects, and customer-facing technical teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, pre-sales, CRM, or customer experience technologies
  • Experience engaging enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
  • Strong pre-sales and solution consulting capabilities, with the ability to align business objectives to technology solutions
  • 1–2+ years of Salesforce experience or experience working with Salesforce-related projects and stakeholders
  • Fluent Korean and strong business English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with Salesforce account teams, partners, or ecosystem stakeholders
  • Good understanding of CRM platforms and customer experience solutions
  • Knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or other AI-powered customer engagement technologies
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, AI, or enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Salesforce certifications or customer-facing leadership experience are a plus
