Key Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and conduct daily entertainment and recreational activities for guests.
- Engage with guests of all ages and encourage participation in scheduled programs and events.
- Assist in planning and implementing entertainment activities, themed events, and special occasions.
- Ensure all activity areas, equipment, and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Provide guests with information regarding activity schedules, hotel facilities, and recreational services.
- Monitor guest safety during activities and respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns.
- Support children's activities and family-oriented programs when required.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Promote hotel entertainment programs and recreational offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of participation, activity feedback, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Deliver friendly, energetic, and professional service at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in entertainment, recreation, guest activities, hospitality, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality with strong guest engagement skills.
- Ability to lead group activities and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fun and engaging programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to participate actively in recreational activities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with hotel standards.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.
