Job description

Maison Revka is looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, teamwork and creating memorable guest experiences, someone who leads by example, thrives on the floor and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury service every single day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily restaurant operation, ensuring a smooth, efficient and well-coordinated service while anticipating operational needs and supporting the team.
  • Maintain and enforce Maison Revka’s service, quality and presentation standards.
  • Lead, coach and support Head Waiters, Waiters and Runners through a hands-on management approach.
  • Be actively present on the floor, assisting the team and setting the standard through example.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, confidence and a solution-oriented mindset.
  •    Support the administrative side of the operation, including inventory, sales and service reports, and other daily operational documentation.
  • Take full ownership of the closing shift, ensuring all Floor Closing Procedures and Closing Reports are completed accurately. 
  • Represent the image, values and service culture of Maison Revka while fostering a positive, professional and team-oriented working environment.

 

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Head Waiter or in an equivalent leadership role with similar responsibilities, preferably within a premium or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a multicultural team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, Russian, Greek, Italian or Spanish.
  • Fine dining experience and wine knowledge are considered strong advantages.
