About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Run Team Analyst to join our global HR Technology team. Based in either India or Manila, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our Workday platform. You will be responsible for triaging and resolving Workday-related tickets, executing EIB loads, maintaining foundational data, and ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as you will be interacting with global stakeholders, documenting ticket progress, and providing timely updates that are clear, concise, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage & Resolve: Manage Workday tickets with timely updates and SLA adherence.

  • EIB Execution: Load and validate EIBs for job, org, and data changes.

  • Data Accuracy: Maintain org structures, positions, and foundational data.

  • Security Access: Assign roles and support access transitions.

  • Global Collaboration: Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and support process enhancements.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment

  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, EIBs, and security roles

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume ticket queues with SLA accountability

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Proficiency in Excel and data validation

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, and Absence

  • Experience collaborating with HR shared services or contact center environments

  • Workday certification(s) a plus

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Proficiency in Excel and data validation

  • Must be amenable to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, and Absence

  • Experience collaborating with HR shared services or contact center environments

  • Workday certification(s) a plus
