Intermediate Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Intermediate) to strengthen the Cronos Europa team and support automation and document management activities in the context of the IRIS project and related lending applications.

• Freelance and Employment contract (CDD)
• Duration of the mission: July 2026 – December 2027 (with possible extension)
• On-site (Luxembourg)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to PJ users for IRIS, Serapis and other lending applications
• Perform business analysis and problem-solving activities related to document management and automation
• Describe As-Is and To-Be processes and co-author business requirements with subject matter experts
• Draft and review user stories, functional specifications and test cases
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders and IT teams (project managers, architects, developers, data governance)
• Execute business testing activities : test planning, test data preparation, functional and regression testing
• Track and manage bugs and defects
• Support change management activities , including preparation of training materials and user documentation
• Provide guidance and support to users on document management processes and tools

Technical skills

• Experience with document management systems and portals , ideally SharePoint
• Knowledge of applications (IRIS, Serapis, GED or equivalent)
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong skills in process and data modelling (BPMN, UML, conceptual data models)
• Experience in document automation and workflow management
• Application testing experience in a financial services environment
• Working knowledge of SQL or Business Intelligence tools (e.g. SAP BO, IBM Cognos, Lumira)

Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst (Intermediate) in large financial organisations
• Experience providing 1st line support in environments with more than 500 users
• Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle
• English writing skills at C1 level ; French at B2 level is recommended
