Linux Engineer

We are currently looking for a "Linux & Elastic Search Engineer" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

Responsabilities

• Elastic Stack Management: Install, configure, and maintain Elastic Stack components (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Fleet Agents) to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Integration of new logs and data within Elastic.
• Administration of underlying Linux VMs and Dockers containers,
• Monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve OS issues, and network issues in Linux environments,
• Conduct updates/upgrades
• Automate processes with Ansible,

The suitable candidate will have a proven track experience of at least 4 years managing Unix systems and applications, ideally in a large scale environment.

Organisational skills

• Ability to work in a team,
• Follow ITIL processes (Change, Transition...)
• Good knowledge of English and French

Technical skills

Mandatory skills

• Elastic Stack,
• Redhat Enterprise Linux 7/8/9,

Nice to have

• Ansible automation skills,
• Redhat Satellite,
• Application server: Apache Tomcat 8/9 (or similar),
• Configuration Management: Puppet
• Single Sign On for middleware and webapps

Optional

• VMware principles knowledge

Profile

• Min 5 years experience
• Bachelor degree in IT
• Elastic and/or RHEL certified
• French and English professional
